How to get a creationist to think.

I recently asked this question on Yahoo.  “Why did God create birds which cannot fly?”  To which some creationists replied:

Response #1: “Because they don’t need to fly. Penguins for example. Excellent swimmers. Perfect for the environment God placed them in. Excellent at catching fish. Why in the world do they need to fly?”

Response #2: “Who knows, but at least they can either run real fast or swim real quick…”

And OMG.  Your brains are working!!!

“Perfect for the environment God placed them in.”

Sounds vaguely like adaptation.  At least we’re halfway there.
